Philippe Falardeau was still processing the scale of what he was living, Thursday afternoon. The Quebec director’s latest film My Salinger Year was about to officially launch the 70th Berlinale — a.k.a. the Berlin International Film Festival — on Thursday evening. And a lot of fuss was being made.
