Ruby Line Productions is led by accomplished producer Annette Clarke, who returned to independent production in 2022 following a highly successful twenty-year tenure as producer and executive producer with the National Film Board of Canada. She has collaborated on one hundred films. She has received an honorary doctor of laws for her contributions to Canadian culture. She brings a depth of experience and industry recognition to her St. John’s based media company.
