Michif Koonteur
Michif Koonteur means “Métis storyteller”. We tell Indigenous stories that shine light on intergenerational trauma and reconnect fractured heritages while advocating for the sustained growth and wellbeing of the next generation of Indigenous storytellers. We operate in a manner that reduces competition and tokenism within the Indigenous media sector with the intention of developing opportunities for better representation and ownership-retention of Indigenous stories.
