The purpose? Six busy months of mentorship and networking opportunities! The program kicked off in November 2020 and will wrap up in June 2021.<\/p><h4><strong>What exactly is the RDVCANADA initiative | Meet the Series 2020-2021?<\/strong><\/h4><p><strong>Well, glad you asked!<\/strong> Essentially, the program is all about helping our Canadian participants develop their series projects for international sales or find an international coproducer, with a focus on four major industry events: Content London, Berlin &#8211; Series Market, MIPTV and S\u00e9ries Mania.<\/p><h4 id=\"without-further-ado-here-are-our-first-six-participants\">Without further ado, here are our first six participants!<\/h4><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/rdvcanada.ca\/en\/creating-with-canada\/find-creative-partners\/producers\/leah-mallen\/\">Leah Mallen<\/a>, All In Pictures \u2013 British Columbia<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/rdvcanada.ca\/en\/creating-with-canada\/find-creative-partners\/producers\/julian-de-zotti\/\">Julian De Zotti<\/a>, Anthology Productions \u2013 Ontario<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/rdvcanada.ca\/en\/creating-with-canada\/find-creative-partners\/producers\/nikki-nikila-cole\">Nikki Cole<\/a>, Moving Vision Productions \u2013 Ontario<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/rdvcanada.ca\/en\/creating-with-canada\/find-creative-partners\/producers\/munire-armstrong\/\">Munire Armstrong<\/a>, YN Films \u2013 Ontario<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/rdvcanada.ca\/en\/creating-with-canada\/find-creative-partners\/producers\/terry-greenlaw\/\">Terry Greenlaw<\/a>, Picture Plant Ltd \u2013 Nova Scotia \u00a0<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/rdvcanada.ca\/en\/creating-with-canada\/find-creative-partners\/producers\/patrick-bilodeau\/\">Patrick Bilodeau<\/a>, UGO M\u00e9dia \u2013 Quebec \u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Check in again next month, for a feature on the remaining six participants:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Dylan Jenkinson, Hope of Glory Pictures (Jenkinson-Goode Productions) \u2013 British Columbia<\/li><li>Lael McCall, Principia Productions \u2013 British Columbia<\/li><li>Matt King, LaRue Entertainment \u2013 Ontario<\/li><li>Heidi Lasi, Pelee Entertainment \u2013 Ontario<\/li><li>Amy Trefry, Interwoven Films\u2013 Nova Scotia<\/li><li>Sami Tesfazghi, Inferno Pictures \u2013 Manitoba<\/li><\/ul><p>These 12 producers are presently being guided and supported by two consulting audiovisual industry experts: <b>Tania de Montaigne<\/b> and <b>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Pittoors d\u2019Haveskercke<\/b>, who, under the supervision of the Canada Media Fund\u00a0and the Canadian Trade Commissioners Service, also managed the program\u2019s selection process.<\/p><p>P.S.
